·           Rain or shine event.  NO REFUNDS.
·         Wristbands must be worn on wrists securely and visible at all times.
·         NO parking at the Waterfront and on First St.
·         All bags will be searched at the concert entrance.
·         NO coolers permitted.
·         Concert area is licensed – all alcohol must be purchased & consumed in the designated area.
·         Must be19 years of age or older to enter the designated licensed area subject to proper identification (Valid Driver License, Age of Majority, Valid           Passport).
·         NO loose Wristbands will be accepted.
·         ABSOLUTELY NO outside food or beverages allowed. *Exceptions are made for baby food.
·         NO video cameras.
·         NO pets (except for medical assistance dogs - i.e. dogs that assist the blind).
·         Anyone causing a disturbance will be escorted off the grounds & will not receive a refund.
·         Anyone in possession of banned materials will be asked to leave without refunds.
·         NO one who is intoxicated will be permitted onto the site.
·         NO rollerblades, skateboards or bicycles onto the site.
·         NO musical instruments allowed on site.
·         Mattawa Voyageur Days Committee is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged wristbands and/or personal belongings or injuries.
·         All guests must abide by all federal, provincial and municipal laws. These include NO nudity, NO weapons, NO illegal substances and NO underage           drinking. NO unruly, NO moshing, NO diving, NO crowd surfing, NO verbal and physical abuse, NO drunk and disorderly public conduct or           inappropriate aggressive behaviour will be tolerated. NOT abiding by these laws and rules will result in immediate removal without refund.
·         NO Chairs will be permitted in Bar Area on Saturday after 6pm
